What documents do I need for tax filing?
You will typically need your W-2s, 1099s, a valid government-issued photo ID, and Social Security cards or ITINs for yourself and your dependents. Bring any receipts for deductible expenses and your prior year return if available. We will guide you through the rest.
Are you immigration lawyers or attorneys?
No. Belley Services is not a law firm and we are not licensed immigration attorneys. We provide professional non-legal document preparation services to help clients accurately complete and organize their immigration forms. For legal advice on immigration matters, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.
How long does credit repair take to work?
Every credit profile is unique. Some clients see changes in as little as 30 to 45 days. A full credit rebuild typically takes 6 to 12 months of consistent effort. We will give you an honest personalized timeline at your consultation.
Can you help with work permit (EAD) renewals?
Yes. We assist with preparing and organizing the paperwork for work permit renewals, also known as Employment Authorization Document (EAD) renewals using Form I-765. We provide non-legal document preparation assistance to help ensure your forms are correctly filled out.
